Getting closer to Arturo Merino Airport in Santiago.
My first meal in Chile, a delicious homemade “porotos granados” with “longaniza” from Chillán.

Thursday March, 10th

A visit to Pueblito Los Dominicos with my mom and my nephew Karl.
The first “emapanda de pino” was very tasty and comforting.
Friday March, 11th
Dinner with my sister-in-law Susanna, Gonzalo, Antonia and Pia. Sadly I forgot to take pictures of the tasty meal.
Saturday March, 12th
A weekend with my brother family. For Saturday lunch a delicious home made “plateada” prepared by my brother. For dinner we went to Meson la Capilla in Quillota.
The classic pan “amasado” with pebre and aioli.
Great memories tasting again the beloved Undurraga Rhin.
