After some thinking we believe that Mondo Dinner purpose has grown to one that can deliver a more compelling content on our Home Cooking Journal. What on July of 2009 began as an experiment to visually register our dinners, has become a great source of information for us, as home cooks and as individuals in constant search of learning on diverse topics in the food world. We are happy to announce that we have decided that from now on, we won’t longer post our daily dinners. Instead, we will do a weekly update and showcase a recipe every now and then, review a restaurant and share our travel adventures. We are hoping to create interesting and fun recipes and sometimes test others from books, magazines and online sources. [br]

This new structure will allow us to collaborate with our friends and fans that love to cook and showcase their favorite recipes. So look into your books and notes and send us some love, we would love to try your recipes and sometimes cook together. [br]

New challenges, new experiences, see you soon!
