LABELING CHOCOLIZO (BATCH No10) AND WINE BRAISED CHUCK WITH POLENTA ON FEBRUARY 27

Yeah!!!! Alfonso has brewed and labeled 10 batches of beer. Chocolizo is a wonderful oatmeal chocolate stout that we hope can bring good memories of this Winter that is saying bye bye. For dinner Alfonso prepared a very tasty braised chuck with polenta and I made this interesting Saveur magazine recipe: Green beans with miso dressing.
