CHORIZO DEEP DISH PIZZA WITH HOMEMADE MOZZARELLA ON FEBRUARY 13

A visit to The Meat Hook in Williamsburg, was a fun morning activity on Sunday. We got some country pate, bacon, chorizo and beef shanks. Also some great baguette from Roberta’s and other cooking items delights such, 1 lb of dry yeast and pickling salt. For dinner Alfonso decided to use the homemade mozzarella cheese and make a deep dish style pizza with chorizo and tomato sauce. Delightful!!!
