VEGETARIAN FIDEAU ON JANUARY 24

Fideua is a type of paella, originally from Gandia, Spain cooked with noodles and fish stock. Alfie created this vegetarian version, with shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, zucchini, Serrano peppers vegetable stock and saffron. Fantastic Meatless Monday! Also a nice discovery, Elysian Bifrost Winter Ale.
