MEATLESS MONDAY: VEGETABLE CURRY AT REPUBLIC ON NOVEMBER 1

Sunny day in New York. Today I worked from home after finishing a job at the studio where I’m freelancing. Before going home I went to Republic on Union Square to have a tasty bowl of rice noodles with curry vegetables. Meatless Monday again, lovely food, good reading and a very delicious glass of beet and carrot juice. I love NY.
