BEAUTIFUL DINNER AT KAPPA SAKE HOUSE ON NOVEMBER 19
A beautiful and relax evening at Kappa Sake House, where we really enjoy the nice sake selection and learning more about seasonal sakes. Great and friendly service and always delicious food. Fumiko, the owner of the restaurant, also gave us “Kani Miso” to try with sake. Kani Miso is whatever is left after all the white meat is taken out of a crab. It’s a delicious concoction of internal organs such as livers and pancreas, intestines, their contents and just a little bit of the actual brain.Very interesting pairing![br]
