EMPANADAS PROCESS, STEP 01: THE “PINO” ON SEPTEMBER 12

It’s official…we are a 6 days a way from “el 18”, the Chilean National Day. As a family tradition we have started the first component on the preparation of delicious “empanadas”. The “Pino”, is the meat and onions filling that we will be freeze until Friday and then Saturday will be the baking day. The next step is the dough… more updates during the week. [br]
After all that cooking we decided to prepare something quick for dinner, spaghetti with butter, parsley and garlic was the choice. Fantastic.
