Reminiscent of “Tallarines de la Mama”. In fact I have some ‘callampas secas’ ….. one day I will make Mama’s tallarines. I have the recipe straight from Nana.
Funny that you mentioned Connie… Last night I commented to Alfie the same. Even I did not have a chance to try Mama’s tallarines, I think would be on the same style. It was very tasty. 🙂
