On Friday 13 we celebrate the spooky day with such a unique beer coming from the Dogfish head Craft Brewed Ales. “Palo Santo Marron” is an unfiltered brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. This beer has caramel and vanilla complexity that come from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo (Holy tree) from which the tanks were crafted.[br/]

This beer is 12% ABV, highly roast, and malty brown ale. At 10,000 gallons, Palo Santo Tank is the largest wooden brewing vessel built n America since before Prohibition.[br/]

In addition I found a very delicious Italian Salami made with black Summer truffles. Salami Tartufo is made by Creminelli Fine Meat and you can find them at Whole Foods and these other locations.
