After a long day, Alfonso prepared such a light and tasty dinner. As always a wonderful evening.[br]

Menu[br]
- Stuffed tomatoes with a roasted corn, red onions, roasted red peppers, chopped cilantro, mayo, and splash of lime juice.[br]
- Beets salad with mini Mozarella cheese balls, thinly sliced shallots, garlic, a pinch of oregano, olive oil and salt and pepper.[br]
- English cucumber with Greek yogurt, goat cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper.[br]
- Fresh lychees for dessert
