PIZZA MARGARITA AND CHOCOLATE CAKE TASTING

Last night we decorated the chocolate cake and finally tasted it. Everything was fine, the combination of flavors, the pastry creme superb (I will include the recipe later), but the texture of the Génoise Cake wasn’t quite right. Definitely a great experience for a beginner baker, I will try again with another recipe and continue exploring this wonderful art of pastry. [br]

For dinner we had a margarita pizza using a frozen dough that we made last week. For some reason the dough didn’t rise enough (maybe the lack of time), but it was very tasty and the sweet of the red onions brought a new dimension to the mix. What’s for dinner tonight? Hummm….. maybe something with shrimp.
