This weekend we decided to make a chocolate cake with pastry cream and apricot preserve. Literally  our weekend was dedicated to this wonderful endeavor.The visual story below is just a little teaser, definitely there are more steps around this little baby.[br]

    I’ll bet the apricot preserves came from Mondo’s own pantry. Right?!?!
