On July 9 we celebrated the launch of Mondo Dinner with a special gathering for 4 friends ( Jenn, Matt, Suzanne and Erik). The Menu was inspired by the Summer and the grill. We had  a lot of fun cooking and sharing a wonderful evening with friends. More parties to come!

  • Grilled lamb and chicken sausage on crostini with “pebre” [br]
  • Uovo pizza, sauted onions and Gruyere cheese pizza [br]
  • San Daniele prosciutto, saute onions and Swiss cheese pizza

  • English cucumber salad with mint yogurt dressing [br]
  • Grilled skirt steak with roasted red peppers

  • Guava and mango pops[br]

    The beer from Grab was Pete’s Brown Tribute Ale from Bear Republic Brewing Co.
