Roasted Cauliflower intrigues me. And the top photo of it is terrific.
And also quite simple to prepare.
1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F. Place an oven tray/roasting pan and let it get hot.
2. Cut the cauliflower into medium size pieces.
3. Rub the cauliflower with smoked paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil.
4. Place the cauliflower florets in the oven tray (You will listen the sizzling) and cover it with foil for 12 minutes.
5. Remove the foil and let roast for another 15-20 minutes.
6. Eat warm or as cold salad with chopped cilantro and fresh squeezed lemon.
