FARM RESTAURANT ON MAY 19
We have such a wonderful dinning experience at The Farm Cafe. Everybody at the table enjoyed the food and the care behind each dish.
The following was our selection from the menu:
– Baguette and roasted garlic
– Beet Carpaccio: Thinly sliced beets with fresh goat chevre, mint, chives and a walnut oil vinaigrette.
– French onion soup
– Asparagus ravioli: Handmade ravioli stuffed with asparagus, mascarpone and parmesan cheeses then drizzled with a lemon-butter sauce and topped with fresh mint.
– Duck confit ravioli with lentils sauce
– Wild morsel gnocchi with white wine sauce
– Farmhouse veggie burger
– Seared salmon
– Mascarpone Cheesecake with Pecans and Dulce de Leche Sauce
– Rubarb crisp
About the restaurant
The Farm Café has brought fresh, local and organic farm-to-table products from the Pacific Northwest since 2003. As the name suggests, they support local farmers by buying direct whenever possible; and because they change the menu constantly, they can benefit from using the freshest ingredients when they are in season and at their best.
They also feature an extensive wine list offering many great selections from Oregon and Washington, as well as local microbrews and a creative cocktail list made with several local micro-distilled spirits.
