A WONDERFUL AND WARM VISIT TO KAPPA SAKE HOUSE ON APRIL 23

Such a wonderful Friday night at Kappa Sake house in Park Slope, Brooklyn. A good chat with Fumiko, the executive chef and owner will take us there more often.

We had appetizer sampler (very fresh tofu, pickle vegetables, Japanese pork sausage and edamame)  miso risotto,  eel roll, spice grilled salmon and 3 types of excellent sake.
