MATT'S GUMBO AND MULTICOLOR SALAD ON FEBRUARY 8

The Days gave us a quart of their award winning gumbo (with smoked dark-meat chicken and alligator and pork andouille sausage).

We cooked some white rice and fixed a quick green salad. Very nice dinner.
