After the terrible news of a earthquake in Chile, our heads were not really on cooking, but I did try to do something quick…. Lassagna was the answer…On Saturday the results weren’t that great (only ricotta and marinara sauce), so I decided to fix it the next day with a very delicious mushroom sauce….also to celebrate that all our direct family back in Chile is fine.
