ARROZ Y CAMARONES ON JANUARY 29

The rice was cooked with fish stock, white wine, tomato paste and saffron,( plus onions, garlic, chopped tomatoes, peas and dried chiles)

I sauteed the shrimp on one side and added them to the rice after it was cooked.

pretty good and easy.
