quick dinner pulled out of thin air like magic.
again, those frozen filet mignons, pan seared and finished in a hot oven. I had one sweet potato and a small pumpkin. they were sitting there in the pantry for quite some time) and one russet. so I made a mash of all three and it was very good. also sautéed a few greens that had left from previous ceremonies and made a pan sauce with shallots and a little red wine reduced and buttered and sieved at the end. total prep and cook time: 27 minutes.
