PORK, BEANS AND RICE ON NOVEMBER 22

This was inpired on a brazilian “feijoada”. In a dutch oven I made like 5 pounds of slow braised pork shoulder into pulled pork shreds which I added to this pink beans that were cooked with a couple of smoked hocks and also with a couple of whole smoked “andouille” sausages. Sereved over white rice.
