CHINESE TAKE OUT MADE AT HOME ON NOVEMBER 9
This was a lot of work done very quickly. Almost difficult: chopping, stirring, folding, more chopping and mincing, deveining, slicing, stirring, sautéing, filling, rolling, deep frying, sprinkling, tossing, pouring,splattering, dripping, spilling, dropping, burning, making a big mess, cleaning, chop, chop, chop. All simultaneously!
-Spring rolls, filled with fresh minced pork, cabbage, shredded carrots and scallions and served with two dipping sauces.
-Coconut curry shrimp.
-Pork stir-fry with broccoli oyster sauce and blackened sesame.
-Brown rice and green tea.
Dessert: triple caramel ice cream.
