MARGARITA PIZZA ON AUGUST 5
Pizza! yum. we love making our own pizza. the more we make it the more we learn. it gets better and better every time. ( well, not always. some times i forget to put salt in the dough or things like that). home made dough, shaped and lightly oiled, thrown into a 450º oven to a hot pizza stone waiting in for about 5 minutes. then is pulled out and topped with slices of fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and a sprinkle of salt, then put back in the hot oven for another 8 minutes, and tore basil leaves sprinkled atop as soon as it comes out of the oven.
