More Pizza. Claudia bought this very good artisanal, local and hand made mozzarella cheese in a local market on fifth avenue. and with it we tend to find pizza the natural thing to do. again, freestyle homemade dough baked alone with just a very thin mist of olive oil for 5 minutes before topping with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cooked for another 7 minutes until the cheese is all melted and gooey then topped with torn basil, more olive oil and salt and pepper as son it comes out of the oven. this one also had a sprinkle of italian seasoning.
