TERDERLOIN AND STEAK FRIES ON JULY 22

we used the frozen tenderloin stakes we got the other day. I cooked them under the broiler and dressed with a butter and shallot sauce. The potatoes were “Idaho” quartered lengthwise, steamed until partially cooked and finished in a hot skillet until crisp and done. We had also a celery, fennel and avocado salad.
