TANDORI CHIKEN SANDWICH ON JULY 16

Claudia came up with this clever way to use the chicken we had left over from last night. The little buns were toasted and lightly buttered, and filled with lettuce, big chunks of cold chicken dressed a little with EVOO and lemon and a jalapeño-cilantro relish. A little side of nice potato chips ( from a bag). I smuthered mine in hot sauce and had to cool it down with a cold Brooklyn Pilsner. Yum, yum. Delicious. Thank you Claudia!
