Claudia found these big nice, firm, tasty tomatoes in the market today and we decided to make a simple, fresh salad with  limited bold ingredients: big alfonso olives, mini mozzarela balls, crisp lettuce, roasted red peppers and turkey breast slices and a nice olive oil and lemon dressing.

Voilå!. fresh and light dinner.
