BAKED PASTA ON JULY 28
this is an other one by Claudia. this is cooked shell pasta, placed on a baking dish, drenched with white cheese béchamel sauce and toped with a “a la vodka” tomato sauce from a jar and lots of freshly grated parmesan cheese, then baked in a hot oven until it was so hot it took as long or maybe even a longer time for it to cool down below molten lava temperature with no distinctive difference than from before it hit the oven. Not toastier, not crispier, not even baked . Only dryer . not exactly the highlight of the week, but it had a lot of our main ingredient: love. (which is kept nex-toh- the cheese).
