Biscuits

This forth-of July was such a beautiful day, we decided to pack a picnic and go to the park.  Early that day I went to the supermarket and got some chicken legs. I marinated them in buttermilk for a couple of hours and thought about the big mess that frying these would make. so I decided ti oven bake them instead. breaded them with crushed saltine crackers, put them in a preheated baking sheet, and sprayed some vegetable oil on them an baked them at 375º for about 35 minutes until they where golden brown and 160º inside. I looked up a simple biscuit recipe, and made these in no time . it was all quite delicious. also made a cole slaw to go with it and that was my take on the same menu that the KFC store next to our place has to offer.  We did it so much better.
