Brewing Beer at Home
On April 16 of 2010 Alfonso began the learning of brewing beers at home. So far he has brewed 15 ale styles and he continues to improve the process and researching to produce lagers in the near future. At my end I have been developing a simple way to label the bottles for this tasty and humble 45-48 bottles production.
