Our dear friends visited us in Brooklyn and as always, we cooked together, went out to try new things and we had a great time enjoying Summer in New York…We hope to see them again soon…very soon.

COOKING AT HOME.
Chilean seabass, shrimp and baby octopus ceviche.

Baby octopus, quickly blanched in boiling water for 3 minutes and chilled in an ice water bath.

Flash-fried homemade fishcakes with cuttlefish, and squid ink.  Served with matcha salt and Japanese mayo.

Mixed greens served with sesame shoyu dressing

and wasabi infused oil
