GOODIES, CHILICURA BEER AND FRESH CHEESE APPETIZERS ON FEBRUARY 19
Last Sunday I found a really tasty loose Chai tea at Brooklyn Kitchen. This Cha Cha Chai is just perfect for a comforting Saturday afternoon. Later on the day labeling Beer N9, which we named Chilicura, continuing with our tradition of naming our beers with names that starts with CH, as many names in Chile. Even if Chilicura doesn’t exist as a name, it does fit perfectly our naming convention (Chilean can understand this better). This beer is a English bitter pale ale style with ABV 8%.
In the morning Alfonso made some fresh cheese that we enjoyed as appetizers during the evening. Simply delicious!
