Remembering the old good days, Chorrillana is a Chilean dish specially served at Casino Social J Cruz in Valparaiso, Chile. Alfie recreated this classic with very thin and crispy fries along with sauteed spinach. On top poached egg and pan-seared New York strip steak. Wonderful Sunday dinner!
