PFEFERKUCHEN, A NEW HOLIDAY TRADITION ON DECEMBER 12

I have very nice memories with my grandmother’s Pferferkuchen cookies that were baked every Christmas by my auntie Ilse. The other day she shared the recipe with me and on Sunday I decided to adventure on some baking and give them a try. The process was fun and at the end the result was very good, the smell and the texture totally brought me back in time. Thanks for sharing tante!
