ROASTED LEG OF LAMB AND ROASTED VEGETABLES ON JULY 31

Last night we had a superb dinner. Alfonso found a beautiful piece of leg of lamb at Fairway in Redhook and he served it with really tender roasted vegetables. We had Ciabatta bread as appetizer with mint chutney along with Chimay Ale Premiere. Delicious Saturday dinner.

    That mint chutney is incredible! goat or lamb will taste amazing with it. Go out and get it or look it up and order it! . Very worth it. If you can’t find it and want it,let me know before September 30th. 2010 and I will mail you a jar. (if I know you/like you and you live in the US)
