BEEF BOURGUIGNON AND LE CREUSET TEST DRIVE ON AUGUST 14

On Friday I got a very nice boneless chuck roast at Whole Food. Alfonso decided to prepare a Beef Bourguignon as a test drive for our beautiful and brand new Le Creuset French Oven. The results were astounding, we definitely love this new addition to our kitchen.[br]

On Saturday Alfonso found a very affordable “Casillero del Diablo”, a very tasty Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon to use in the recipe. After dinner we enjoyed Asahi Japanese beer in our roof, celebrating a new finding… we can also see the Brooklyn Bridge from here.
