MONDO DINNER FOR 6 ON JULY 9
On July 9 we celebrated the launch of Mondo Dinner with a special gathering for 4 friends ( Jenn, Matt, Suzanne and Erik). The Menu was inspired by the Summer and the grill. We had a lot of fun cooking and sharing a wonderful evening with friends. More parties to come!

- Grilled lamb and chicken sausage on crostini with “pebre”
- Uovo pizza, sauted onions and Gruyere cheese pizza
- San Daniele prosciutto, saute onions and Swiss cheese pizza
- English cucumber salad with mint yogurt dressing
- Grilled skirt steak with roasted red peppers
- Guava and mango pops
- Peach tart with vanilla ice cream
