GRILLED SWORDFISH STEAK AND ROASTED VEGGIES ON JULY 26

On Monday afternoon I stopped by Whole Food, Union Square and found two nice swordfish steaks from Canada. Alfonso grilled them and served with a nice variety of roasted vegetables. Wonderful Monday dinner. In addition in our constant learning about beer and specially Belgian Beers, I selected a bottle of Affligem Tripel. This very interesting beer has apricot, vanilla, honey and caramel tones. [br]

For the ones that follow our journal, may be wondering about the pending cake decoration…. well the time was short to begin that last night so this evening we will be working the sweets. I’m excited and I can’t wait to try this cake.
