BOTTLING THIRD BATCH OF BEER (AMERICAN IPA) AND CRISPY ONIONS/EGGS PIZZA ON JUNE 24

This pizza was a great surprise, I have seen this recipe on No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain, and I felt it would be a great pairing for beer bottling and of course beer drinking. It’s very simple to do, the dough was done ahead of time so just shape it on the back of  sheet pan, brush it with olive oil, bake it by itself for 7 minutes at 500 -550 degrees. After that add the saute onions and crack 2-3 eggs on top, bake until golden brown.

Out of the oven shave Parmesan cheese on top and add some hand-torn parsley.
