FAMILY REUNION IN LAS VEGAS ON MAY 18

We arrived to Las Vegas on May 18 and Connie and Hector, Alfonso’s parent have prepared a gathering with some friends to welcome us. The wonderful feast was full of ethnic food and great people.
This is the list of the dishes….I hope I didn’t miss anything.
– Quinoa, mango and black beans salad
– Connie’s stuffed red peppers
– Connie’s roasted vegetables quiche
– Lime tequila chicken wings
– Cuban tamales
– Cheese plate (swiss, roquefort and bulgarian crumble cheese )
– Middle eastern pastries
– Morrocan anis macarons
– Hector’s mango, strawberry and pineapple fruit sticks
– Cici’s chocolate cake
