ROSEMARY CHICKEN AND OVEN ROASTED POTATOES NOVEMBER 19

This is a simple whole oven roasted  chick with a garlic, butter and rosemary rub and three kinds of small  roasted potatoes.

out of the picture are a cucumber and tomato salad with lemon vinagrete dressing (which looked very prety),  a salsa verde : cilantro , onion, garlic,lime , salt’npepper, olive oil.

and a curry mayonaise.
