BIG BURGER AND CORN SALAD ROLL ON JULY 25

Oh! Burgers again. Love them. I made a corn salad to go with it. roasted fresh corn, red bell peppers, mayo, onions and cilantro. it looked a little “loose” and “fork-able” next to the “hand-able” burger, so to equalize the handling characteristic of this dinner, i decided to wrap the salad into a square soft flat bread.
it was a good idea, but wouldn’t call it a big hit. still love the burger though!
